Andrew Ropp, MD
Medical Director & Family Physician (Primary & Urgent Care)
Dr. Andrew Ropp is the co-founder and Medical Director of Aspen Medical Center. He is a board-certified family physician who does primary care and urgent care. He also enjoys international volunteering, soccer, backpacking, and spending time with family and friends.
Joanna Anaya
Operations Manager
Joanna Anaya is the co-founder and Operations Manager at Aspen Medical Center in Santa Fe and Aspen Urgent Care in Española, NM. Her responsibilities include ensuring that the ins and outs of both facilities are operating smoothly. She has an extensive background in the medical field dating back to 1982. Her experience ranges from sales and customer service, to radiology, and management. When she is not at work, Joanna enjoys being outdoors in her beloved hometown of Santa Fe, as well as spending time with her family and her three dogs.
Kaileigh Cera, FNP-BC
Family Nurse Practitioner (Urgent Care)
Kaileigh Cera graduated from Maryville University and is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Originally from Ohio, Kaileigh moved to Santa Fe July 2014 and has been enjoying all of New Mexico's treasures since. When she is not working at Aspen seeing primary and urgent care patients, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs outdoors camping, fly fishing, golfing, reading, cheering on The Ohio State Buckeyes, and spending time with friends.
Tim Gannon, PA-C
Physician Assistant (Urgent Care)
Tim was born and raised in Santa Fe, NM and is proud to serve his community as best he can. He attained an undergraduate degree from the University of Oregon in Environmental Studies and his Physican Assistant degree from the University of New Mexico. When not working as an Urgent Care provider at Aspen Medical Center's Santa Fe and Espanola clinics, Tim can be found mountain biking, running, rafting, hiking, fishing, camping, visiting with friends and family, reading, and catering to the needs of his 110 lb dog.
Patsy Verzino, CFNP
Family Nurse Practitioner (Urgent Care)
Patsy Verzino graduated from the Family Nurse Practitioner program at the University of New Mexico in 2012.
Prior to that, she had several years of experience as a nurse in the emergency department.
She also was a nurse in the United States Navy.
When she is not working at Aspen Urgent Care, she enjoys spending time with her family, playing soccer, staying fit, and sewing.
Tina Mier, FNP
Family Nurse Practitoner (Urgent Care)
Tina Mier graduated from The University of Saint Francis and is board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She moved to Santa Fe about ten years ago and enjoys the unique patient population and all Santa Fe has to offer. She has experience in all areas of medicine including pediatrics, geriatrics, inpatient and outpatient services. When she's not seeing Urgent Care patients at Aspen Medical Center she enjoys spending her free time with family and friends.
Katheeen Prioleau-Lee, FNP

Kathleen "Kat" is a Certified Nurse Practitioner. She loves to provide care to those in need! In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, visiting the zoo, reading, and traveling.
Jaqueline Fernandez-Quezada, FNP
Family Nurse Practioner
Jaqueline was born in Chihuahua, Mexico and moved here in 1998. She has been a nurse for 14 years, and a FNP. for 2 years. She attended U.N.M. for education. She has worked various different nursing positions over the years. 9 years of ICU, 3 years of Flight Nurse, and School Nurse. She loves working as a primary care provider and focusing on preventive medicine. She enjoys working with the Spanish speaking community, because it's her first language. She also loves mountain biking, hiking, camping, and other outdoor activities.
Marianne Gibbs, RDN, LD, CDE
Registered, Licensed Dietitian/Nutitionist, Cerified Diabetes Educator
Marianne moved from California to Santa Fe in 1994. She fell in love with the uncrowded outdoors and expansive vistas. As a Registered Dietitian/Diabetes Educator, she helps each patient develop an action plan to achieve their personal health goals and manage chronic diseases like diabetes. In her personal time, she enjoys working on her tennis skills, skiing local slopes, hiking, and trying out new recipes on her husband and two sons.
Cynthia Rector, FNP
Family Nurse Practioner
Cynthia graduated from UNM College of Nursing with a BSN. Later she returned to college, completing her MSN and certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She brings many years of experience in both Primary Care and Urgent Care. She has experience treating patients of all ages.
