“I was pleasantly surprised on my first visit to this facility for a DOT physical. The staff is excellent, efficient and welcoming. The facility is spotless and for me the wait was short. My CNP was excellent and performed a thorough and complete DOT medical examination to ensure I meet the medical qualifications required by FMCSA.”

Where we’re working to do better
We read every review — including the critical ones. Across our lower-rated reviews, the themes patients raise most often are wait times on our busiest days, getting through by phone, and walk-in availability when the schedule is full. Here’s what we want patients to know:
- Wait times vary by day and hour. Monday mornings and late afternoons are our busiest windows. Booking online ahead of your visit is the fastest way in.
- Walk-ins are welcome, but capacity is finite. When our schedule fills, we may need to pause walk-ins to keep care safe for patients already waiting. Call ahead and we’ll tell you honestly what the wait looks like.
- Some conditions need an emergency room, not urgent care. If we send you to the ER, it is because the imaging or lab capability you need is only available there — not to turn you away.
- Questions about a bill or a charge? Call us at 505-466-5885 and ask for the billing team. We would rather resolve it directly than have you leave frustrated.
